Chiago Headquarters (CHQ) was founded in 2013 by Elon Joseph Van Rhein on the south side of Chicago.  It was founded as an organization dedicated to the protection of the civil society around the world and research and searching for the properties the organize the world. 

 

​CHQ has been known for its techological innovation.  Many extrodinary inventions are atributed to CHQ including electric busses, superfast trains, teleportation, and various means of communication.

 

Agents typically are armed with plasma guns, communication devices, and knowledge of the transit systems at their fingertips.  Agents are trained to be extremely flexible, intelligent, agile, and fast thinking.
